The purpose of this letter is to thank you and the entire staff of Elite Dental for your professionalism and courtesy during the complicated dental procedure we have just completed.

As you know, when you first gave me your recommended treatment plan involving several implants and the related procedures, I was very hesitant about going forward. At my age, 82, I questioned whether the significant cost and inconvenience of going through months of dental appointments would be worth it in the long run. I have had some bad experiences over the years with other dentists--much of it due to my own lack of dental hygiene, I must confess.  You did a great job of laying out my options and I became convinced that the quality of life improvements that I would realize with the implants should override the cost and inconvenience. Implant surgery procedures have improved considerably over the years; I had implants a number of years ago and the new techniques make a huge difference in patient comfort.

Now that we have finished the treatment plan I am here to tell you that I am absolutely delighted with the result. I can eat whatever I want; I can smile without worrying about how I look, and -this really surprised me--my overall morale and energy have improved 100%.  

The Elite Dental support staff is excellent. Lisa at the front desk, Erica and Amen dental assistants, Sabrina and Chelsea, hygienists- all were very helpful and supportive during my many appointments over the last year.

Please share my experience with your patients who may be facing similar complicated dental procedures.  They could not be in better hands.
